Yes — we've fitted floors in many properties across Buckshaw Village. New build concrete subfloors are generally well-prepared, but we always test for residual construction moisture before installing. New screed can hold moisture for over a year after pouring, and installing over it without testing is a common cause of floor failure. We include moisture testing as standard.
